Light Dance

I think this was the last dive we did on the GBR. About 20 metres down, looking upwards, large interspersing schools of different fish - all sorts of slightly different shapes - shimmer among the rays of light. The film captures this refraction beautifully.

I did a 3-day liveaboard on the Great Barrier Reef with ProDive in June 2024. Four dives a day including early mornings and night dives, with brekkie, lunch and dinner hot, ready and served to keep you running. I would highly recommend it. Coral bleaching is definitely starting to take its toll - the colours and ocean life are a little dearer in parts - but still the reef is an experience to behold. We had great vis the whole trip, which made shooting every type of fish, coral, turtle or otherwise a joy.
